So what’s the bottom line for a flight?
What does your service cost?
Crew Aviation charges $3,500 an hour plus tax for our
Citation Excels. There is a two-hour minimum. There are
no added fuel surcharges.

How much are the taxes?
By law, every flight is subject to a Federal Excise Tax of
7.5% and a Passenger Segment Tax. Other local taxes
may be applicable but are included in our quotes.

Are there landing or handling fees?
Depending upon the airport there may be fees. Crew
Aviation quotes include any applicable fees.

Can you provide catering services and how do you charge for them?
We can provide catering. We work with catering services
that specialize in preparing meals for air travel made
to your order. Catering is charged at cost plus applicable
taxes. Our aircraft also stock standard snack and beverage
items at no extra charge. If you want something
special (either food or drink), we are happy to work with
you to see that it is on-board for your flight.

What if we are coming and going from our destination in one day? Can you wait for us?
Yes, we’ll wait for you. We don’t charge extra for waiting
as some providers do. As long as your trip is within our
mandated 14-hour duty day we won’t charge extra.

What if we need to wait overnight?
No problem. We charge $1,000 per night for overnight
waits. The charge covers parking and hangar costs and
time/accommodations for our pilots.

How much lead time do I need to give to reserve a flight?
Assuming one of our jets is available, we require only
about 4 hours to get the plane prepped and pilots ready to
fly. International destinations may require more lead time.

Can you arrange for ground transportation?
We can arrange for a driver to pick you up at your
business or home and drive you back after your flight.
We can arrange for transportation at your destination
too. You are also welcome to leave your car at our
private hangar while you’re gone.

Do you offer a Jet Card like other service providers?
Yes, we offer a 25-hour CREW CARD at $160,000 for
our Citation Excels. Our card is all inclusive: No empty
leg charges, no overnight fees, no fuel surcharges,
and taxes are included. We even include catering.
Compare us to Marquis Jet/NetJets: $187,000 plus fuel
surcharge (as high as $750/hour) plus taxes. You will
be sent a monthly statement, not a bill.
